Refund & Return Policy

Pep Pharm Research maintains a strict No Refund, No Return, and No Exchange Policy. By placing an order with Pep Pharm Research, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Pep Pharm Research are final and non-refundable.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we do not accept requests for:

• Refunds;

• Returns;

• Exchanges;

• Order cancellations after payment has been processed;

• Store credit in place of a refund.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully, including the products, quantities, shipping information, and billing information, before completing the purchase.

No-Return Policy

Pep Pharm Research does not accept returned products under any circumstances unless Customer Support specifically provides written authorization in connection with an order or fulfillment issue.

Customers should not ship any product back to Pep Pharm Research without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information is correct before completing checkout, including:

• Product selection;

• Product quantity;

• Shipping address;

• Billing information;

• Contact information.

Pep Pharm Research is not responsible for customer errors made during the ordering process.

Order Cancellations

Because orders may be processed promptly after purchase, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@peppharm.com. Our team will review the request, but submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Pep Pharm Research is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable because of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to Pep Pharm Research because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the original purchase remains non-refundable. Any available reshipment option may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a customer refuses delivery or a package is returned because it could not be delivered, the order remains subject to this No Refund, No Return Policy.

Original shipping charges and any applicable return or reshipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, contact Pep Pharm Research Customer Support promptly at info@peppharm.com.

Please include:

• Your order number;

• A description of the issue;

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging;

• Any relevant shipping or tracking information.

Pep Pharm Research will review the reported issue and determine what resolution, if any, may be available.

Any resolution for a damaged, incorrect, or missing order is handled at the discretion of Pep Pharm Research and does not create a general right to a refund or return.

Customers should not dispose of, alter, open, or ship any disputed item back unless instructed to do so by Customer Support.

Shipping Delays and Delivery Issues

Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, transportation interruptions, natural disasters, and other circumstances outside Pep Pharm Research’s control may affect delivery times.

If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but the customer cannot locate the package, contact Customer Support promptly.

Pep Pharm Research may review available carrier tracking information and any applicable shipping-protection or carrier claim procedures. A package being delayed, lost, or marked as delivered does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.

Exchanges

Pep Pharm Research does not offer exchanges.

If a customer wants a different product, a separate new order must be placed. The original purchase remains subject to this No Refund, No Return Policy.

Product Condition and Storage

Customers are responsible for properly storing products after delivery and following any applicable product-specific storage instructions.

Pep Pharm Research is not responsible for damage, deterioration, or other issues resulting from improper storage, handling, exposure to inappropriate temperatures, or other conditions after delivery.

Refund Exceptions

Except where required by applicable law or where Pep Pharm Research expressly agrees otherwise in writing, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Return Abuse Prevention

Pep Pharm Research reserves the right to decline service or take appropriate action regarding customers who, in our sole judgment, engage in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper activity involving orders, claims, returns, chargebacks, or payment disputes.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with an order or payment, please contact Pep Pharm Research directly so our team can review the matter.

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we can review the order and explain any available resolution.

Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may be investigated and addressed using available transaction, order, shipping, and communication records.
